Ingredients serving 3 people
• 2 oranges, cut rind off / peel
• 2 lemons, cut rind off
• 1/2 grapefruit, cut rind off
• a thumb of fresh ginger root peeled
• a pinch of ground Cayenne Pepper
• 1 oregano pill, or 3 to 5 drops organic oregano oil ( very important that is pure oregano oil
• 1 cup filtered water
How to do the magic in just a few easy steps
1. Peel & cut the fruits into four.
2. Place them into a high speed blender along with the remaining ingredients.
2. Blend on high speed for 20-30 seconds until smooth.
